PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Open to all Buyers ONLY.
2. Open to all contracted reservations only made within the promo period.
3. Raffle Tickets will be given to the buyer, for every CONTRACTED sale unit they have reserved. The buyer will receive one (1) raffle ticket in every 1 million worth of the CONTRACT PRICE. Below is a sample computation for the number of tickets a buyer can receive based on specific Model units:

Raffle Tickets can be availed per reservation only. For buyers with more than one reservation, Contract Price of each unit may not be accumulated.
4. One winner will be picked from the buyers during the year-end program of Land Resources Corporation. The winner will receive an ALL-EXPENSE PAID TRIP FOR 2 TO HONGKONG with a pocket money of PhP10,000.00.
5. Plane Fares and accommodation to and from Cagayan de Oro and Manila is for the expense of the winner.
6. The prize may be availed only within the month of JANUARY 2013.
7. To claim the prize, winner should present a valid ID and must see to it that his/her account is updated. Failure to do this will result to cancellation of the prize.
8. Failure to claim the prize due to unavailability of winner’s passport is not the responsibility of the company.
9. Prizes maybe converted to cash for an equivalent amount of 40,000.00 only.
