Westwoods Village: Now Open!

It’s been 7 months now since Pueblo de Oro announced to the public their newest property development – Westwoods Village. When they have disclosed this to the public, no reservations were accepted yet only letter of intents as they were still finalizing plans and developments for the subdivision.

Just last March 22, 2013 when PODC formally opened Westwoods Village to the public and that means reservations can be made already. Westwoods Village held its gate groundbreaking, emphasizing that the said subdivision is finally open. Present VIP’s in the said event were Mr. Rommel Leuterio, the COO of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, Mr. Syntax and Ms. Lulu of the A.V. Pamatong group.

After the groundbreaking, the brokers from different realty firms were privileged to have a closed door meeting together with Mr. Leuterio at Pueblo Golf Estates clubhouse. Mr. Leuterio shared his insights regarding the project that he himself is one of the creators. He then shared some good points in buying a property at Westwoods Village; what good will it bring and give to prospect buyers. Mr. Leuterio even encouraged the brokers to avail a property at Westwoods Village because he and Mr. Alex Pamatong bought a slot in the said subdivision; intending it to be his vacation house and Mr. Pamatong’s residential house.

Product Knowledge Seminars

As a Real Estate Broker and Salesperson, being knowledgeable with the products that you market is a must. Prospect buyers would want to inquire and talk to someone who is an expert with the product that he or she sells.

In order for a broker or salesperson to have an insight with the products that they promote, they attend this so called Product Knowledge Seminar. This Product Knowledge Seminar or PKS is conducted by the developers here in Cagayan de Oro City. Developers conduct this seminar for them to promote and endorse all their products to the real estate brokers and salespersons. As we all know, the brokers and salespersons are responsible in helping the developers in selling out their endorsed products.

For this month, two known developers conducted their very first PKS for the year 2013. First one to summon all the realty firms for a seminar was A.V.Pamatong Trading & Const. Inc. For those who aren't aware yet, A.V.Pamatong and Pueblo de Oro is in collaboration for a certain project called Westwoods Village. The AVP group conducted this seminar to give the brokers and salespersons additional updates regarding Westwoods Village. They have presented the payment schemes and incentive program that they offer to the attendees.

Next developer to conduct a seminar was Johndorf Ventures Corporation. It was a refresher course for they have discussed again the features and amenities of the properties they’re selling. JVC also disclosed to the attendees their new sellers and buyers promo. At the end of the session, they have given the brokers and salespersons an exam just to see if they really have learned something from the PKS.

Now that the marketing officers are packed with information and updates from the developers, they are definitely confident in advertising the products to prospect clients. Big thanks to the developers for without their products and seminars, the brokers and salespersons couldn't even sell and earn something. JVC’s First General Assembly

Every property developer here in this city aims to sell out all their projects. They conduct activities and come up with promos that will attract prospect buyers. Catchy incentive programs are also at stake for real estate brokers and salespersons.

Johndorf Ventures Corporation is one of the many developers here that offers awesome promos and programs. And just like what any other developers here in Cagayan de Oro City do, JVC conducted their very first General Assembly last January 16, 2013 at Buffalo Grill.

In the assembly, the marketing staffs of JVC talked about their existing and upcoming projects. They have mentioned about a new development namely Breeza; and this one we are sure prospect buyers will definitely like, the awaiting of Pag-ibig Citi Homes Phase 4. Exciting, right? But we would spare you the details as of now to keep the excitement on. As soon as JVC gives us the go signal for promotion, we will announce it right away.

Even we salespersons are excited as well in the opening of Phase 4 Pag-ibig Citi Homes. A lot of interested buyers inquired about this certain subdivision last year and now we are just itching to spread this news to them. Well, aside from their upcoming projects, Bellevue Subdivision and Granvia Suites are still open for selling. At Granvia Suites, they have this great promo offering to all buyers and sellers. The two hour general assembly ended with a glee as we are excited with the updates that JVC has disclosed to us. It would definitely be a happy selling for all the brokers and salespersons. Cheers!

Green Christmas at Primavera Residences

Being the first eco-friendly building here in Cagayan de Oro City, Primavera Residences definitely had a green Christmas celebration.

Last December 29, 2012 around 6:00 in the evening, the brokers and agents from different realty offices gathered together in one event; Primavera’s Christmas party. The party was held in the multi-purpose hall of the green condominium. It was a party packed with great program that includes raffle promos, giveaways and games. All the attendees did actively participate in the different games that the Italpinas staffs have prepared. And it was a fun party indeed.

This party held by Primavera Residences was a great year ender event. All the participants had something to remember for the year 2012. The party is also a thanksgiving to all the real estate brokers and agents who have great contribution to the company. Surely, this is not the last party that Italpinas will be throwing at. As year 2013 is here, we’ll expect more blasting events and activities from their office. A lot is in store for us in this year of the water snake.

Halloween Party by Primavera

It has been a tradition for the Westerners to celebrate Halloween every October 31st. Trick or treating is also a customary celebration for children during this season; where in kids go in costume from house to house to ask for treats like candies or money and give tricks for those who want one. In the Philippines, we’ve come to adapt this kind of celebration here. As soon as the month of October comes, costumes and other stuff for Halloween are being displayed and sold in shopping malls. Some of the houses are filled with Halloween decors and they also prepare candies and chocolates for those kids who will be trick or treating.

Schools, offices and other organizations are conducting parties with themes in line with the season. For one, Primavera Residences came up with a party having the Halloween celebration as their theme. Their office celebrated an early Halloween party last October 27, 2012 at the condominium’s multi-purpose hall. The agents and brokers participated in the party disguised as witches, ghosts and goblins. The party is also an awarding ceremony for the agents and brokers who have performed well in the third quarter. The salespersons that have excelled in the third quarter were given recognition; awards were given to them.

In the said party, prizes and giveaways were prepared for the games and other promos. They also introduced the new marketing staffs of Italpinas. Perspectives of the new project were also revealed to the participants. Getting excited already? Are you all eager to know details of the new project? It will be revealed to the public soon! As for now, we’ll just keep mum about it; but as soon as Italpinas will give us the go signal, then we’ll gladly share the details to the public.
